We understand that plans change, but due to the nature of this event, we need to be able to rely on a minimum number of attendees. By reserving a spot, you may be preventing someone else from attending. Because we offer small, intimate events and not large conferences, cancellations impact our ability to run a successful event. We encourage all attendees who reserve a spot to make every effort possible to attend.
Transferable Registration
We highly recommend that if you need to cancel, you find another BCBA to take your spot. Your registration is fully transferable to another individual.
Refunds
Room Reservation in the House:
Cancellation up to 5 months prior to event: Full refund.
Cancellation up to 2 months prior to event: Refund of conference fee minus the cost of the room, if applicable.
Cancellation 2 months or less prior to event: No refund, but access to recordings will be provided.
In-Person Attendance (No Room Reservation):
Cancellation by 6/1/2024: Full refund.
Cancellation after 6/1/2024: No refund, but access to recordings will be provided.
Virtual Attendance:
Cancellation up to 1 month: Full refund.
Cancellation within 1 month: No refund. Access to recordings is only available for VIP attendees.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a successful retreat for all attendees.
